Abstract (at least 300 words to describe your proposal)

During the last 2-3 years most of the efforts of Wikimedia Foundation and other parties have been based on bringing more content and contributors to WMF projects. GLAM and CAP (=Campus Ambassador Program) are two of the abbreviations which include hundreds of people working on such aim. Other people works on creating a friendlier software and or community.

But what really push people to contribute and cooperate with us? It's a motivation. A motivation, which can have many shapes. This presentation will explain what is the motivation and how different people could be motivated. Different projects and intentions will be analyzed to show what motivation was used and what results it brought. Some recommendations regarding ways of motivating people to complete goals for 100 % will be presented.
