What does "... Chris Bronk, wikis in government enthusiast." mean? Do you mean something akin to "Chris Bronk is a wikist in government, a wiki enthusiast and an academic" -- where wikist (although you said "wikis") is non-defined (non-defined since I could find no definition for it) jargon to refer to some official/non-official position (one who deals with wikis) within the wiki-sphere?
