Modification/cancellation for registration and/or accommodation is possible until June 1st, 2012.
After the above date and until June 15th, 2012, cancellation date for registration means 25% penalty and handling fee.
After the above date and until July 1st, 2012, cancellation date for registration means 50% penalty and handling fee.
After July 2nd, 2012, no refund is possible.
