Planning wiki access

Planning wiki access The program, scholarships, registration and sponsorships teams of the Wikimania organizing crew use a private wiki to do some of their work, where any sensitive information might be involved. Access and use of the wiki is strictly governed by the Wikimedia Foundation privacy policy and access to nonpublic data policy, and is granted only on a need-to-know/access basis to users trusted by the community. Notes The Wikimania 2012 organizing team is especially interested in users who are entrusted with any special tools on local projects (sysop, bureaucrat, checkuser, et cetera), though this is not an essential requirement. Please also add links to help desk posts, talk pages, or other discussions or information you think are relevant. Language skills – other than English – are also highly appreciated. How to request access New requests to this list should be proposed here listing: Name, username, home wiki and/or Chapter and a brief description of your Wikimania 2012 involvement. Requirements Courteous, friendly, trustworthy, and have exemplary discretion Willing to provide identification to the Wikimedia Foundation, upon request from User:Harej, User:Aude (WM 2012 lead organizers), or WMF staff, in accordance with the access to nonpublic data policy 16 years of age or older (note: those under 16 can still help and volunteer with Wikimania in other areas, than programs, scholarships, etc.) Access requests will be notified to the mailing list wikimania-planning-l list and give a few days for comment. Unless comments, issues or questions are raised (which can be answered by the requester here) then a request will be approved.

I have been involved in several Wikimanias, mostly for technical stuff, am subscribed to wikimania-planning-l and also host the registration and scholarships pages. As a support team member (OTRS) I am already identified to the WMF.
