Thank you for the painstakingly designed workshop proposal. Although seems to be exciting, but it seems to be unrelated to the conference. I suggest you suitably modify it be relevant to any of the Wiki Projects (Wikipedia, Commons, etc). Your presentation can be more meaningful and presentable.
