A little bit of agenda
From a letter by Mile Kiš:
- You could talk about which countries will participate. This is important for budget for travelling.
- Also, you cold talk about budget and who can support it (oneself or others). According to the draft calculation, conference for 60-70 people will cost about 23.300€ (not include travel). DOB (venue) & WMRS will provide 7200€ (mostly in-kind), WM HU 1.000€ Probably WM Poland will cover some costs.
- Johannes from WM DE think that we can submit grant request up to 5000€. We need to get information about this.
- Also, we need to find people who are interesting to be in program team.
