Abstract (please use no less than 300 words to describe your proposal)

From the birth of Wikipedia, how it is assisting the third world countries by providing free information will be presented on my submission. As most of the people of Bangladesh are living under poverty, it is difficult for them to gather knowledge spending enough money. Recent advancement of Information Technology has exceeded the bindings. With the enhancement of IT advancement, source of free information has added the new dimension. Which is a blessing for third world countries.
