- Abstract (please use no less than 300 words to describe your proposal)
- This presentation will explore the planning, execution and the results of Wikipedia Takes Montreal (en) & "Wikipedia Takes Québec City" (fr). This event follows the concept of the Wikipedia Takes model. Almost 300 people signed up to participate, but "only" 110 showed due to the rare event of a hurricane hitting the city. Learn more about how the organizers were able to find the calm in the eye of the storm to produce this event.
